If you know in which country the discriminatory or racist material you want to complain about is located, just have a look at our members-list and send your complaint to the relevant bureau. If you don't know or you're not sure where the material is located, send your complaint to complaints@inach.net and we'll re-route it to the relevant bureau or tell you what action we will take.
Your complaint will be dealt with in strict confidentiality. Your name and e-mail address will not be passed on.
Because of the high volume of complaints the INACH-members receive it is not always possible to keep you informed on the dispatch of your complaint. We ask for your understanding.
TAKE NOTE: INACH communicates about complaints ONLY with involved parties, meaning the party that files the complaint, the party responsible for the discriminatory material, the Police, the Justice department or other authorities and services, Internet Providers and in some cases other Complaints Bureaus.
However, since the INACH-members have slightly different working procedures and operate in different jurisdictions, the above might vary, depending on which member handles the complaint.
