Complaints about cyberhate
If you know in which country the discriminatory or racist material you want to complain about is located, just have a look at our network nodes and send your complaint to the relevant member. If you don't know or you're not sure where the material is located, send your complaint to complaints@inach.net and we'll re-route it to the relevant bureau or tell you if we will take action.
Please provide us with:
- Your e-mail address
- Your name (optional)
- The exact location of the discriminatory expression(s) you are complaining about, (URL, newsgroup name or other location)
- A short description of the expression, or a copy of the material included in your mail or attached to it. TAKE note: we do NOT process generic complaints (meaning without an exact location) about websites or webfora
Your complaint will be dealt with in strict confidentiality. Your name and e-mail address will not be passed on.
Because of the high volume of complaints the INACH-members receive it is not always possible to keep you informed on the dispatch of your complaint. We ask for your understanding.
